What is productivity?

Productivity is above all a state of mind . It is an attitude that seeks continuous improvement in all that exists. It is the belief that things can be done better than yesterday and tomorrow better than today. It is the ongoing effort to bring economic and social activities to permanent change of situations with the application of new theories and new methods”.
